How to reach me
Bio
I'm a Product Engineer. I've been building software for over 20 years, and working in startups for the last 15+.
I enjoy bringing together code, product, and business to build useful, measurable, and well-thought-out solutions.
I like staying close to real problems, keeping learning, and exploring new tools and architectures. With the rise of AI, I believe fundamentals, patterns, and solid architecture matter more than ever.
@ Genially
I joined the backend team to maintain and evolve the product’s core API, in a context of strong growth and the need to handle high traffic with a highly scalable architecture. We work with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles, which help us share a common language, better align business and technology, and speed up development.
In addition, I took part in a new development that transformed how users collaborate within the platform, moving from individual licenses to group licenses to make collaboration more natural among members of the same team or company.
@ Kimet Sport
As this was a small startup, I was responsible for managing the development team and leading the company’s technical side, while also trying to keep business needs aligned with the technical requirements needed to bring them to life.
I also took care of maintaining the infrastructure deployed on Amazon AWS, which meant handling systems tasks such as virtualization, orchestration, monitoring, continuous integration, and deployment, as well as work related to marketing and customer support.
It was a stage where I'wore many hats' and grew professionally by taking on challenges of very different kinds.
@ Factor Sistemas
A custom software development company where I took part in many projects for both small and medium-sized businesses and public institutions, including the Basque Government. My responsibilities included consulting, analysis, development, and team management. One project worth highlighting was the creation of a SaaS platform to digitalize and comprehensively manage schools.
@ Erhardt Serikat
An IT consulting company where I began my career as a developer and took my first steps in the industry. I worked on a wide range of web projects, where I learned a great deal and met people I still keep in touch with today. It was a very rewarding professional experience.
